Free Repeat Policy
Repeat Policy
We offer Free Repeats within 6 months of your original class.
All Repeats are subject to the following conditions
- Repeats cannot be taken more than 6 months after the date of the original course.
- Repeats cannot be transferred to anyone else, and are only valid for the exact same class,
and in the exact same city. - Changes to the curriculum including a new software version release(ie. going from CS4 to CS5),
counts as a new course and is not entitled to a free repeat . - If headTrix changes courseware, repeat students will be required to purchase the new courseware.
- Repeats are subject to availability and if we have enough paid students to run a class.
To schedule your free repeat class
- Check our Schedule for upcoming classes.
- Contact us at 310.450.0122 a week before the class to see if it is running.
- A sales representative will be able to confirm whether there is a seat available.
